Savage Mode lets it take 66.7% more damage. The most among all 5* Magicite bosses.
That said 99% MAG/MND debuff is absolutely brutal. You'll do around 8~10 times less damage. Plus it overwrites Edward CSB's buff.

Madeen/Lunar Dragon is a huge asset during those 3 seconds because of minimum damage. Well it helps throughout the whole fight.
Blinks also help with some attacks.

Savage Mode also makes it easier to fight it with physical team, or even off-element/type.
But it rarely enters it so breaking damage cap might be detrimental to some players.

It seems like the biggest issue for physical teams is gonna be Pulsar Wave. It's clearly meant to discourage them and all the while be completely irrelevant to proper mage teams.

Nevertheless my magic Holy is so non-existent that I don't have a choice. Pity I don't have Orlandeau LMR but we can make do without.

While I'm doing these... assuming a mage team:

Definitely in:
Edward CSB + SSB
Hope USB + OSB + BSB1
Rem USB + BSB + LMR2
Elarra USB1 + LMR

Last spot scramble:
Raines BSB
Alphinaud SSB
Minwu BSB2 (and also BSB1 + USB1)
Arc (if I grab his en-holy BSB from AA)

Seems like I might want both Protectga and Shellga here. Nearly everyone I'm considering could carry one, but Hope and especially Alphinaud might want both spots for summons. Rem might want a Madeen, too, for when her Holy(ja) damage is crushed. Elarra needs Hastega and would like De'Dia. And Edward might like a the MAG or MND 5* Bard skill + Allegro/Entrust.

But with that Savage Mode, Hope might do the more damage with his BSB Cmd1 than Madeen, freeing up a slot. And I may not need a Bard buff from Edward or imperils from Elarra, either.

I do wonder about Elarra handling the incoming damage while leaving Ark in Savage though. Might have to take Arc for his MBlink SSB to avoid the P3T3 Savage Doomsday.
