Sub30s:
https://youtu.be/6N3cQBjfje8

For months JP players were worried over how incredibly difficult the Earth Magicite bosses will be.
After all starting from Phoenix, each new introduction has been tougher than the previous. And this is the element with Cloud, Bartz, Zidane & Zack.

Would've thought that Hecantoncheir is the easiest among all?
I'll say he is even easier than 4* Magicites.

With Protect & Wall, his damage is pathetic. Around 600~1000 per hit depending on your resistance.
You may receive 3-5 hits every turn, but the total damage is nothing. Free SB points for all.
Goddess Elarra will just laugh at Hector. Even the other healers should be able to get a gauge every other turn.

Savage Mode helps the party by making him spam more attacks at lowered damage.
You might be in danger if Cloud and the others break it, but this boss does not even bother to buff his own defenses.

Beat it with my first attempt without S/L, constant sub15 after refining, and sub12 now.

Biggest tomato can in the history of FFRK.

just lmao @ this magicite and anyone who worries about this BUM of an excuse for a magicite.

Absolute jobber of a magicite. Clown shoe. Joke.

He's the magicite you start a young ambitious keeper on to build confidence. A journeyman in every sense of the word.

A gatekeeper magicite. Career fall man to stad pad records (pun intended).

His AI reads:

1st turn: Job
2nd turn: Job
3rd turn: take the hit
4th turn: pretend to fall
5th turn: don't bother getting back up
etc.,

Seems like a pretty easy boss tbh. I think I'll be good here without a 5* deck. Might actually be my proper 5* start point because I'm sick of quetz right now.
Legend shall speak of sacrifice at worlds end. The wind sails over the water's surface. Quietly, but surely...

I've been going through the other magicite slowly, but I might skip ahead and take out Hecaton. Assuming he truly is as easy as advertised, anyway. ...Too bad the magicite itself isn't terribly useful, but yay arcana farming I guess.

Wind options:
Cloud (USB1, BSB2, Glint)
Zack (CSB)
Luneth (AOSB, OSB, BSB, Glint)
LD Bartz (USB2, OSB, BSB-Wind)
Freya (USB, SSB)
etc., etc., a couple old imperils too.

Might need to finally dive some of these guys, and hone some neglected abilities. But, in pretty good shape otherwise.
What a fuddy duddy.

Speed tickle metas like Phoenix, Manticore, and now Hecta, all get hard countered by Elarra USB lulz.

What was DeNA thinking.

Yeah, we gonna tickle you for 1k aoe damage non stop so you can build dat Elarra USB and come back and destroy us even harder. Brilliant.

I wish I ever got cloud GSB :/ it's so damn strong. Will we ever get a GSB select? I'd pull on that in an instant (unintentional pun I swear)

Anywho, this should be a cake walk.

Zack 4*: BSB/CSB
Cloud LD: LMRs(Wind DC, Wind QC)/BSB2/USB1/AOSB
Bartz LD: LMR1/LMR2/GSB/USB1/USB2/AOSB
Tyro 4*: USB3/USB4
Elarra LD: LMR1/BSB/USB1

I don't see myself having any problems.
