On paper, every aspect of this boss is easier than Phoenix.
Greater Barrier is only used once. A mild annoyance to those who have experienced Torment 2.0 & previous 5* Magicites, since gimmicks like this is no longer unusual.
And Berserk if you drag the fight in Phase 1/2.

Savage Painflare is the main issue here.
5-hits to the top & bottom member, and it hurts a lot.
Famfrit's Fire Stoneskin is perfect for this. Or you can always sacrifice those members.

Belias gets BK's Savage Mode to compensate for the lack of Water magic.
This is a double-edged sword because it is the culprit that makes Painflare fatal.
Either break Savage before Painflare lands, or buff your defensive passives to withstand it.

But besides this attack, there really isn't much to this fight.
Except of how freaking rare Water magic is.
SBs are rarer than Earth but you do have better ability options. So part of the difficulty for poverty runs will depend on how willing you are to hone.

Realm Draws got me Strago and Meia LMRs, so now I'm at a crossroads.

I can go three mages, Imperil bot Rikku, and Aria, if I use Rydia USB1 as party faithga and Aria has Hastega. Strago and Rikku can cover proshellga.

Rydia: everything
Strago: OSB/BSB/LMR/LD
Meia: OSB/BSB/LMR
Rikku: USB2
Aria: USB

Ogopogo: R5
Lunar Leviathan: R4
Chain Waterga: R5
Chain Waterja: R4
Sapphire Bullet: R4 (for Rikku's imperil water procs)

Gotta get 50 wisdom motes asap for Meia :p

Dreading these magicite more so than any of the previous 4. Hopefully poverty set up can get there.

Belias... I have literally zero water mage SBs. Unless I count the water cmd on Terra's BSB1, but...

I'm going to have to get more creative here. Vivi's USB is my best bet, I'd have to make Chain Waterja though and I really hate buying things for just one fight. Past that, maybe Tidus (CSB/BSB2/BSB1/LMR), OK (mUSB), a healer, and... uh... maybe Shelke for entrusting to Tidus, or I could bring a Radiant Shield maybe? It feels like it might fall short, though.

I don't like how much has to be burst down in phase 2 in 4 turns to avoid berserk. Other than that though It looks fine.

Rydia: Everything minus EnWater LMR + LD
Strago: CSB/LMR (EnWater)
Vivi: USB/LMR + LD
Elarra: USB/LMR + LD

Last slot thinking either:
Rikku w/ USB1/BSB2 (slotsaver + afterwards imperiler). Can also let her carry a dance to offset Belias ATK buff
OK: USB2. The faithga part is redundant with Strago CSB but the ACM effect would get things started faster. Provides extra DPS (dived for DC BM) and can Entrust to Elarra if needed.
