- Each fight costs 1 Stamina
- Realm Synergy is available to characters from the same realm
- RW is prohibited and you cannot use Continue

- Time rewards are given out based on how fast you defeat the boss
- Clearing within 30s will grant you all of them
- Damage rewards are given out based on how much damage you have dealt to the boss
- Defeating the boss will grant you all of them
- Dealing at least 50% of the boss's HP is considered a win, which is enough to earn you the First Completion rewards and unlocks the next stage
- You can get the Mastery rewards at 50% HP by having a Petrified member in the team
- All rewards are one-time-only

- Sentinel's Grimoire (DEF & RES +200% to party) is active for 999s in this battle
- Automatically activated at the start, and it will still be applied after your characters are revived
- It does not stack with native Wall

- Bond Historia is the only RW option in this dungeon
- 3 uses are provided
- It grants the party Series Limit Chain (150) & 30% Series Field for 12 seconds
- Any damaging attack from characters & Magicites of the same realm will add to the Chain Count

Royal Crucible

- Each 6* Ability Record costs 180 Rubies, only 1 of each can be purchased
- Nightmare Records (Ultima ~ Omega Drive) are not sold in the shop
- Each 5* Mote costs 1 Ruby, 100 of each is added to the Shop with each dungeon

Looking back after 6 months, this is honestly the easiest Torment 2.0 boss among all.
There are a couple of others around this difficulty, but Cuchulainn's AI is still the tamest.
Slot-targeting, status & piercing moves are very few in comparison.

Furthermore, FFT realm is so limited in options that it is the only Torment with a common template that players can use to defeat it.

So that's your benchmark for the later dungeons.


For pure CM,
D240's difficulty is between A++ & 3* Magicite.
D280's difficulty is between 3* & 4* Magicite. Recent ones in JP are at 4*.
D???'s difficulty is well above 5* Magicites. Absolutely SB dependent, and you need a lot of hones against a 2m HP boss.

But you can easily afford 2 off-realm characters for the first 2 stages.
D280's difficulty would be around 3* Magicite in that case.


D??? is not designed to be defeated in day 1.
Heck even in current JP, FFT received nothing new to help.
Best we have to improve our teams are 5* Magicite passives.


For Cuchulainn, all you have to handle is AOE Slow. Which there is an ability for.
The rest is bursting fast enough so that he doesn't spam the fatal AOEs consecutively.
Torment Dark Holy is not piercing and Magic Blink works on all but Torment Gravija.

So at least for D240 and D280 all 3 DPS need from same realm while Support and Healer the ones free realm. And for this FFT I only need to replace healer.
