I'm curious because I see certain users go to perfectly on-topic threads and post "Off topic" and nothing else. Does that count as disruptive posting? I'm curious since i've never seen that moded in the past and never thought to mark any of those posts.

If you feel it breaks the rules mark it for disruptive. If they are doing it in multiple topics all at the same time then note that so the moderator will know what you are talking about to look into it further.

However this board isn't meant for users to come to ask questions about messages they are thinking of or have already marked so this topic will be locked here.
