Power Meter - This is the red bar located under your health meter.  This is 
              used to perform your special moves.  Each special move costs a
              portion of this meter to use.  You cannot perform the special
              move if you do not have enough meter.  Your Power Meter will 
              regain slowly on its own, however there are faster ways to charge
              your meter listed below. 


Get Up Recovery            automatic when you     regains a good portion of 
                             get up after           your Power Meter
                             being knocked down 
Power Charge               remain idle            will recharge your Power
