Q1: What is this guide?
A1: This used to be a collection of personal notes when I was playing the
game for the second time and I decided to turn it into a guide for
other people who might find it useful.
Q2: What is 'Daily Guide' and 'Completion'
A2: The 'Daily Guide' will basically contain an overview of what to expect
for the current day. It generally includes the following:
- map for the current day to indicate which areas are open;
- noise list for the day;
- missable items for the day and how to get them;
- boss strategies; and,
- some tips from me for that day and possibly for the whole game
The 'Completion' Guide will have information regarding pin completion,
item completion if you are aiming for 100%.
Q3: Will this guide contain walkthrough?
A3: SOME. The game will basically tell you what to do next so walkthrough
for each day is very limited.
Q4: I have something to add to your guide. Should I send it to you?
A4: Well to me, this guide is as complete as it gets. So unless it's a
grammar/spelling or information correction, it probably won't be added.

GENERAL TIPS: gt0
1. Try to test new pins you get. Even if your current set is good, you might
find something better or more fun to play with.
2. The boss strategies on this guide is possibly not the 'best' so you can
try your own first then try the ones on this guide if you're having
trouble beating a boss.
3. Personal Pins I try to aim for main game are:
* For Regular Noise:
1. Vacu Squeeze - (Sweeper)
2. Blue Blood Burns Blue x2 or Spider's Silk x2 or Meteor Spike x2
3. Healing Whale or Splish Splash Barrier (healing)
4. Velocity Tackle
5. Sweet Talk Tether
* For Boss Noise
1. Sweet Talk Tether
2. Thunder Rook x2
3. Wolf / Velocity Tackle
4. Healing Whale or Splish Splash Barrier
5. Her Royal Highness / Speed Factor
* Also, it is a good fact to know that Defense/Attack Break and
Immobilize pins 'stun' regular enemies at the start of the battle
preventing them from attacking early.
* You should also try microphone activated pins. They are relatively
good in terms of strength and makes a good excuse for shouting inside
elevator.
4. If you find yourself stuck in the game. Try talking to your partner.
5. Take advantage of the sub slot, especially for pins with the same methods
for activation.

| * This guide includes tips for defeating Noise 64, 65 and 66. |
| * Defeating these mammoths can be difficult and frustrating if you're not |
| careful while fighting them. |
| * The most challenging part of fighting them is their attack that causes an |
| earthquake: |
| - During this attack, healing with pins is difficult because you will be |
| interrupted by the shockwaves. Also, your partner can be hit multiple |
| times, and depending on where Neku is standing, he too can be hit more |
| than once. |
| - They will do this attack a lot of times. |
| * Here are some general tips that can help you defeat them. |
| - Listen to their 'trumpet' because it's the sign that they're about to |
| do an earthquake. |
| - When it does an earthquake in the bottom screen, try to be as close to |
| the mammoth to minimize damage. |
| - Control your partner. If it's Shiki/Beat, keep jumping and if it's |
| Joshua, do side steps. Note that it takes timing to successfully avoid. |
| - Wear some Regeneration threads because healing can be difficult. |
| - You can equip Neku with Velocity Pins, just keep dragging him and focus |
| on the upper screen. |
