  1. i linked my account to nintendo i had no space on my phone had to do factory resest
    when i attempted to install it again, and used the data restore function, it didnt work nor did linking to an nintendo account it just said "sorry account already used"

  1. When you first download the app, there should be an option to link to a mynintendo account or to use from an old mynintendo account, that should allow you to restore your data if you linked it to mynintendo previously.
