Slaying Weapons+Time's Pulse?

  1. I wasn't sure how they interacted. If I have sol for my special and a slaying weapon my cooldown is 2, then during the start of a turn it would go down to 1 right? I was thinking it may stay at 2 since Sol's maximum cooldown is technically 3, and slaying weapons don't say that anything like "maximum cooldown -1"

  1. Slaying adjusts the number of charges needed to get a special off. Time's pulse checks whether the current amount of charges is equal to that number. So your first example is correct. With a slaying weapon time's pulse reduces your special count from 2 to 1 at the start of the turn
