  1. Brave weapons always deal 2 attacks in a row on initiation. No skills can prevent that from happening. If one unit has a breaker skill and the other has some other skill that grants an automatic follow-up, the effects cancel, and the follow-up attack returns to being based on speed.

    Ex.
Reinhardt vs. Effie. Reinhardt has his typical optimal setup w/ Lancebreaker. Effie, of course, has Wary Fighter. As long as both skills are active, Effie will never double Reinhardt, because both skills remove her follow-up attack. However, for Reinhardt, Lancebreaker adds an attack while Wary Fighter removes it, so the effects cancel. As such, Reinhardt will only quad Effie if he has sufficient speed.

  1. You will still get attacked twice if they initiate, but it cancels all attacks after that.
