Has anyone had different accounts banned across devices?

I want to start a new emulated account on my PC, that I can mod and mess around with in single player only, I don't really care if this account gets banned, I just want to mess around with some new teams.
But my main account is on my android phone, I have put a lot of time and money into this account and it is 100% clean and legit, started it myself, never modded, never duped, and I do care about this account.
If I start an emulated one on a different device, am I putting my main account in danger at all?
They do share the same home WiFi, I imagine bans are device based, not IP address based, but I wanted to ask here just in case!
Has anyone had multiple accounts banned across different devices? Or are multiple accounts only banned on a single device?
