Impact Brawler has even more brute strength than Barrage Brawler. Its skills revolve around building attacks to deal huge damage in a single hit. Fortitude increases attacks when user's HP is below a certain threshold, Vajra Stance gives defense buff to the user's row, Soul Crusher and Satan's Fist deal damage, Abyssal Killer enables the user to endure fatal blow and increase next-turn damage, Titan Killer and Death's Edge deals amplified damage based on certain conditions, and Heavenly Aid increases next-turn damage based on how much HP is restored this turn.

Since it deals pure damage, any classes with attack buffs and defense debuffs are recommended to be included.

With the assumption of rested character with around 30 skill points, maximize Overexertion, Thunder Fist, and Titan Killer, then work toward passive skills such as Fortitude, Phys ATK Up, and Brawl Mastery. Abyssal Killer is also useful for bosses, but it requires many skill points to be mastered. Impact Brawler's ultimate combo is (HP Up) - Overexertion - Heavenly Aid - Death's Edge, and with the right setup, it's possible to deal the maximum 99,999 damage even to the final boss of this game.

Contributed by Enfinete:

If there is another Pugilist to supply Overexertion 10 and a healer who can fully heal Impact Brawler (e.g. Merciful Healer or Brouni with Herbology + appropriate Medica), going for Heavenly Aid first may be possible.
[ Blood Wrath (1) > Overexertion (3) >Titan Killer (10) > Death’s Edge (3) > Heavenly Aid (10) > Fortitude (1) and the rest into STR-boosting racials.]

Build notes:

  • Parties focused around Heavenly Aid or Fortitude/Abyssal Killer can be game breaking.
  • ZeoKnight’s build with Overexertion(10), Thunder Fist(10), Titan Killer(10), and Fortitude (10) is the laziest and easiest way to deal impressive damage without much thought or effort.
