There are 2 Bucking Giraffe FOEs on the field. Hug the right wall to find an impassable crevice, then continue until you arrive at a dead end. In order to get the best reward, you have to choose the second option ("Study the fruit more"), then the first option ("Catch it") to obtain Stag Beetle, and finally the first option again ("Eat the fruit"). Your party members are also healed by 120 TP (Advanced) / 150 TP (Basic) after eating the fruit.

Discovering cacti fruits, you quenched your thirsts with its succulent juices and also captured a stag beetle.

Keep hugging the right wall until you arrived at C7 and push the stone pillar to the west. However, you need to wait until one of the FOEs is behind it, or else you won't be able to open the chest with Allsight Crystal in the center of the field. After opening the chest, head north and follow the way to open the door. Another FOE, Glaring Stinger, shows up far away in the north side, looking toward south. You won't be able to head north this time, so head east to open another door, and head 1 square east to find a campfire. Open the north door, then push the stone pillar to the west, which will obstruct Glaring Stinger's line sight. Head back 2 zones, and now you can head northwest to open another door. Hug the left wall to harvest a few Forest Wheats, then follow the way to open another door. Two Glaring Stingers show up far away in the west, and once again you won't be able to tell their current observation lines. Head southeast to meet with Forest Hen again, give it another Forest Fish, then return to previous zone to escape from both FOEs. Reenter and hug the right wall to find another door, then head 1 square north to trigger another event which requires Celestrian's Detect Mana to be cleared. Simply choose the first option to obtain 3 Celestial Silvers as reward.

Old Treasure Box

By using the power to sense mana, you found a buried treasure box.

Open the west door. Your objective is the chest in the north, but you have to make sure that the nearest (north) Glaring Stinger is looking away from your path. Don't push the stone pillar yet as it'll limit both FOEs' line sights possibility. Now open the chest to obtain Copper Ingot, then quickly run back to previous zone. Move to any side in order to make the FOE moves away, then reenter the zone to push the stone pillar. Head back 2 zones, and now you'll be able to open the southwest door since their observation lines are blocked. Now head northeast to trigger another event. Select the second option and one of your characters will lose some HP.

Bear Trap Tragedy

You came across a dangerous bear trap. The encounter reminded you to exercise more caution going forward.

  • This event is scripted and you can't prevent your character from losing HP. I had reloaded this event several times, and even my chosen Therian, who has learned Reflexes, can't dodge the trap.

Head south to touch the crevice on your left side to open the shortcut, then come back and keep hugging the left wall to trigger another event. In this event you'll trigger a consecutive battle, so heal yourself beforehand. First you have to defeat 3 Volt Squirrels, then 3 Stonerays, and then 2 Prancing Parrots. You don't need to reserve your TP, as you'll restore it shortly afterward. Once those battles are done, you'll obtain Pith Helmet as reward.

Hidden Hole

Though it caused monsters to ambush you repeatedly, exploring the hole in the wall led to the discovery of a new helmet.

Head back 2 squares to find a hidden crevice on your left side. Go through it, then keep hugging the right wall until you arrive at a dead end. This is a resting spot which heals 32 HP (Advanced) / 40 HP (Basic) and 20 TP (Advanced) / 25 TP (Basic) to all party members.

Fending Off the Rain

Exhausted both physically and mentally, you took a brief rest under a wave-shaped rock wall, blocking the rain and wind.

Now backtrack and keep hugging the right wall until you find a door to the next zone. This zone has a Glaring Stinger FOE which always looks toward the chest's path. However, there is a stone pillar, so you have to use it to your advantage. Move toward the most northeastern block at F6, then head back toward the west of the stone pillar. When you arrive at this spot, the FOE will arrive at the opposite point, so push the stone pillar to stun it. Now head southwest to open a chest with Almighty Ring which increases all stats by 8 points when equipped.

Head back all the way to the crevice, then simply head west to trigger another event. If you choose the first option, make sure to select someone who has learned Reflexes to clear the event. If done correctly, your party members' TP will be restored by 180, otherwise your party members' TP will be restored by only 35. If you bring a Rover and have summoned a Hawk or Hound, there is another option to let it investigate the flower, but this decision also produces the second effect. Every choice gives the same EXP reward.

Cliffside Flower

You noticed a single flower blossoming on a dangerous cliff. A petal from it brought you a moment of respite.

Now simply hug the left wall until you find the upstairs to 10F. However, it's better if you return to the town to deal with the requests.

Grocery Shopping II

This request from a local chef calls for one Milk, two Eggs, and three Forest Wheat.

Reward: 1800 en

Forest Wheat can be harvested at many floors, Eggs can be collected from your chicken at Inn, but Milk can only be obtained by clearing Wild Cattle event in 8F. If you don't have any of these items, check the patrons and buy all of them for a certain price from the first person in the list (Encumbered Salesman).

Actually, Encumbered Salesman always stays at the BAR if you don't report the request. He becomes the best source to farm Milks, Eggs, and Forest Wheat in a short amount of time. If you always run out of TP in the labyrinth, now you can create Pancakes as many as you want. In doing so, you also need Forest Berries which fortunately are sold by Dale. However, you have to eventually clear this request in order to unlock Grocery Shopping III after reaching 14F.

Syrik's Tiny Favor

This request from Syrik calls for a set of materials needed to make a new weapon.

Reward: Jono

This time Syrik needs a Bound Hoof, obtained by defeating Cliff Goat in 8F or 9F while its legs are bound. There are several moves that can bind legs, but some of the best moves are Pugilist's Low Blow and Leg Binder item, buyable at the shop for each Flying Tailfin, obtained by defeating Stoneray in 8F or 9F. The other options will be Rover's Hunter Shot or Celestrian's Chain Blast Union Skill. If you've already farmed this item during your previous adventure, this request can be cleared immediately.

Now select PATRON to see some new faces. The first one in the list is Encumbered Salesman who sells the necessary items for the first request. The rest of the patrons just inform some tips which may be useful during your adventure. Now save your progress and climb the upstairs to 10F. Don't rest at Inn since there is a healing spot in the following area.
