Hug the left wall to find an impassable crevice on your left side, then follow the way northeast to meet Solor and Lili again. They inform about their hidden base in the west, so head west from here to visit it, which is a campfire. Cook some foods when necessary, hug the left wall until you find an examinable area where you can harvest a few Mandrapotatoes, keep heading northeast until you find a mining point with Rusted Metal, Obsidian, and Flint, and then turn back and keep hugging the right wall until you find an examinable area. This is a resting spot which recovers 30 HP and 15 TP to your party members, but it can only be triggered during the daylight. This area will also be required to clear a request later. Backtrack by hugging the right wall until you arrive at the southwestern block of C4, then head 2 squares north, 1 square west, and 1 square north to trigger another event, which requires Celestrian's Detect Mana skill to produce the best result.

An area with a foreboding aura turned out to be the home of a black slug. The lesson learned is to always look up.

Backtrack and follow the north way until you find a door. Upon entering the next zone, an event can be triggered. You need to have someone who has learned Reflexes to produce the best result.

You nearly fell into an open grave when you looked behind a tombstone, but your team's quick reflexes saved you.

Get out and enter the west door. A new FOE, Skelesword, shows up in the field, but only if you approach its spawning position. This creature always chases you but it only moves 1 step for every 2 steps you make. It also automatically vanishes when entering bright areas, so keep that in your mind.
In this room you have to lure the FOE to move away from the narrow path, then proceed west and head southwest to find another door. Similar to the first room, the second room also has an FOE in the narrow path, so lure it out to the south and then continue southeast to find another door. The third room also has similar model, but now, after approaching the FOE, backtrack and head north in order to lure it to go north. If you arrive at this zone during the daylight, you can let the sunlight burns the FOE and then quickly go through the narrow path before another FOE shows up, or else you need to lure it to the east in order to open the path. Either way, proceed to the narrow path, head southeast to find another door, then head southeast to trigger another event which requires Celestrian's Night Vision skill to be cleared. You'll obtain 2 Hamaos as reward.

Head north and go through the crevice on your right side, then come back and keep heading north to find a fishing point. In 3rd Stratum you'll get Skeleton Fishes instead of the usual Forest Fishes. Turn back and hug the left wall until you find another mining point with Rusted Metal, Obsidian, and Flint, then backtrack and head north, hug the right wall until you arrive at the dead end. Select the first option to obtain Drinking Horn as reward. It'll be used to clear an event in 14F.

Now simply backtrack and hug the right wall to find the upstairs to 12F. However, it's better if you return to the town to deal with the requests.
"I'm looking for ores from the 3rd Stratum. If you have any, please let me see them!"
Reward: Soma x2
Talk to the first person in the list ("Girl with a Big Book"), who wants to see some ores obtained in 11F. One ore is enough to clear the request, but if you show all 3 type or ores (Rusted Metal, Obsidian, and Flint), your reward will be increased to 4 Somas.
"My little boy just won't stop playing pranks. Maybe adventurers could teach him a lesson."
Talk to the second person in the list ("Celestrian Mother"), who wants you to defeat some skeletons in 3rd Stratum. However, in order to obtain the maximum reward, you have to defeat 3 type of skeletons. There are Bone Archers, Cracked Skulls, and Skelesword FOEs in 11F. However, if defeating the FOE is too hard, you may want to wait until you've reached 15F to encounter Horned Skulls. With 2 registered skeletons, your reward will be increased to 3 Amritas, and, if you manage to register 3 skeletons, your reward will be increased to 5 Amritas instead.
Now select PATRON to see some new faces. The first one in the list is Girl with a Big Book who provides further information about the first request. The second one in the list is Celestrian Mother who provides further information about the second request. The rest of the patrons just inform some tips which may be useful during your adventure. Now save your progress and climb the upstairs to 12F.
Simply hug the right wall until you open the next door. There is a warning about the toxic marshlands, but ignore it for now. I'll explain it later. Upon entering the next zone you'll meet Solor and Lili again. They tell that something needs to be done at Council Hall, so you can't continue any further. There are another 5 doors in this zone but none of them are unlocked, so return to the town for now.
A Town Crier explains that the Council invites expert guilds to tackle the new quest, so head into Council Hall. After a few chats with Ramus, a new mission is available. Egar also comes and teaches Ramus to make Fishball Soup, then Ramus gives the recipe and Mountain Pot to you. Ramus also teaches you to make Traveler Stew by using Council Pot. Now accept the official mission.

You need to collect 4 items in 12F: a gun, a great shield, an armor, and a helm. Ramus also gives Relic Note 1, Relic Note 2, Relic Note 3, and Relic Note 4 to help you in finding those items.
While you are in the town, since you have landed your foot on 12F, you may want to accept all of the unlocked requests. However, I'll mention them in the bottom of the 12F section for easier reading.
