Live action FMV scenes were planned for the 3DO port but would be scrapped in the end. Not before screenshots were taken to show to investors to try and get them to fund the scenes.
The few screenshots that can be found online are of the Cyberdemon, and the costume was worn at a convention in 1995 and was featured in an issue of GameFan.
There's an unused EA logo found in the 3DO port. This was from a deal with EA to distribute the game which ultimately fell through.
In the PlayStation 1, 3D0, Atari Jaguar and Sega Saturn versions of the game, the "I'm Too Young to Die" skill level is replaced with "I'm A Wimp".
